Prolonged freezing in multiplayer

So I have an issue where in multiplayer, I will have freezes that will last long enough to kick me out of an aircraft and back into the role select screen. They can last anywhere from a minute to 5 minutes. While troubleshooting, I noticed that this was happening in a server that had a higher ping (>180) and is more or less okay otherwise. I would like to know what could possibly be the cause of this short of ping and what I can do to mitigate that. I also attached logs if you can find something there.
