Retune. MT test  i7-8750 4.1 GHZ , 32 GB Mem, 1060 Max Q 

I replaced the  1 HDD with SSD. Returned Win 11 and all the rest of the drivers and a new load of DCS.

Removed Mods.  This spike no longer appears and the game runs so much better.  Getting 75-85 fps with head tracking.
