iQyThradz3137i Posted September 1, 2023 Posted September 1, 2023 Does anyone here use a macro pad or any sort? Curious if they actually work in DCS World?

If you mean things like streamdeck or razer Tartarus. Yes, I use them. I use some small two button game keyboards as well. rob10 Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 Yes, I have used an ENTERPAD device (120 keys) with AHK and currently use AHK to run keypresses from my WinWing MFD's. Generally speaking works quite well.
iQyThradz3137i Posted September 2, 2023 Author Posted September 2, 2023 Thanks everyone. Was looking to get a Macro pad that uses VIA since you can set it up on google chrome now
AnarchyZG Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 There are also software options like using smartphone/tablet/ipad. Pro: you can use specific layout tailor made for a module or your personal preference + the ability to use sliders/rotaries etc. Con: No tactile feedback [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] MATRIC developer Check out MATRIC and forget about keyboard shortcuts
Rosie Posted April 8, 2024 Posted April 8, 2024 (edited) I use a 9 key macro pad from Vaydeer as a dedicated control panel for the SU25A. Works great for the FC3 plane. The software is really simple to assign key function and it is plug and play. Edited April 8, 2024 by Rosie
