Nonresponsive Control Glitch/Bug?

I use a X52 pro and after downloading the vsn F-4b mod I noticed the controls on it where jittery and non-responsive. Twisting the stick to use the rudder works fine, its just the pitch and the roll axis. However when I move the stick it only moves for a split second before not being responsive. Anyways, after deleting the mod the problem persisted to my F-18 and has affected every module I have except for the F-16. I dont know if it was the mod or something im getting wrong but either way its very annoying and would appreciate any and all tips, thank you!
