Increase carrier parking spots

Is there any way to increase the number of parking/spawning spots on a carrier. I’m interested more in the WWII carriers than the modern ones but the way to change them should be the same. 
Looking at the lua for any, there is a line showing parking but when I increased it, nothing changed.
