Keyboard Map - 3x trigger option

Does anyone know how, or if it's possible, to add the 3x requirement to a keyboard-mapped function? 

Trying to work around an issue with the streamdeck+ where I keep accidentally triggering things mapped to the knob touchscreen while in VR.  Was thinking that having the mapped function on those buttons set to require multiple presses might minimize those incidents. (i.e. how Eject is 3x mapped key to trigger)
