mmike87 Posted October 26, 2023 Posted October 26, 2023 So, I was playing with the axis/button/axis and button settings for the slider and dial in SimAppPro and now, in axis mode both the slider and dial seem to have three axis values, 0, mid, and max. If I move either off center, it goes to min or max. I've reset to defaults several times to no avail. Calibration has no effect. But, if I plug it into my laptop, it works in axis mode properly. What do I need to do to fix this in Simapppro?
mmike87 Posted October 26, 2023 Author Posted October 26, 2023 I solved the issue - for whatever reason, going through the Windows 10 joystick calibration restored the proper functionality of the slider and dial.

Glad it's working for you, but it's a good idea to avoid the Windows calibration tool when you can. It has created more problems than it's solved for people over the years. The first advice you'll often get if you're having issues is to make sure you clear any windows calibrations.

How you do that ?
