No radio dialogue in mission 3

I'm having some problems during mission 3 (Enemy Within).

The first time I started the mission (I don't have the carrier so I started mid air) I got radio dialogue and all. IIRC the radio was already set to the correct frequency. Failed the mission though.
So I flew it again, and this time there was only silence. I got the text cues to set frequency and later coordinates. But no radio dialogue.

Have tried a couple of more times, but still no dialogue. Only text cues.

Did I miss something or is there a bug afoot?

Hello. Yes, unfortunately this is trigger error. Now I have fixed it and will add it in the next open beta update.
Thanks for your feedback.
Here are the solutions: install the supercarrier or skip this mission and wait for the next open beta update.
