"Your flight is delayed to start" ... but there are no players on the carrier

See image. A tonne of empty spots but I couldn't spawn on the carrier. Why didn't it just pick a different spot?

First check if the aircraft is not set as late activated in the ME. 

 

If that is not the case, delete the carrier and replace it. That helped in my mission. I dont know why but that solved the problem
