Best Graphics Settings for 2.9

Good day everyone,

I just installed 2.9 on my PC. I was wondering as to what the best settings would be to get the best-looking graphics possible while keeping a decent FPS for video production. I messed around with some but noticed the clouds further in the distance were rather blocky and didn't look realistic. I was running everything on High settings with a few set to Ultra. If possible, if some of you could share what your settings are to give me an idea of where I should be that would be great. Computer specs are below. Also, a note, I was not using Multithreading.

NVidia GeForce RTX 3080

36GB RAM

i9-12900K   3.20 GHz

Windows 10

Try the multi threading, there will be an improvement!!
