F10 Map and Mission Editor Broken

Recently the F10 map broke, and also broke the mission editor.  I can't select anything, and the cursor is offset from the ruler and compass like the attached image.

 

I have done a repair install and nothing changed.

Rename your Saved Games folder temporarily. If that fixes it, there's an error/corruption somewhere there.
