Merlin_VFA34 Posted November 16, 2023 Posted November 16, 2023 Hi, I wonder if I'm just a glitch in the universe but my experience with the quality of Pimax products is, to put it nicely, somewhat underwhelming. I got three Crystal headset so far... Nr. 1: no tracking after about a week Nr. 2: no sound Nr. 3: Lots of pixel error on the right display The experience with support is also somewhat mixed. One really tried hard and the questions made sense, but the other was more or less... wait for a firmware update. After two firmware updates without changing the problem, I asked if my issue was even known. I then started asking specific questions about the issue to which I didn't get an answer... but I should wait for the firmware update. Luckily I ordered the headset from unbound xr in the Netherlands (Thank you guys!), and they were nice enough to exchange the device for a new one... and a new... and a new... Greetings Merlin

Greetings Merlin That´s sad to hear. I´m not sure how a firmware update would fix these kind of problems. I mean - if it was a "firmware error" then more of us would have gotten it, right? Hmmm. Seems more like you have been very unlucky.( but at least you share the boat with Karl Goslinger of Youtube He´s the most unlucky VR Youtube influencer ever - Pimax (probably) hand picked and send him two fubar headsets for him to test). More seriously, I think you actually have been very unlucky. Unless there´s something wrong with your Displayport and/or USB connections, either hardware or drivers.
