FA-18 cockpit views.

Hi. Does anyone know how to assign the mouse Axis to the cockpit views? The mouse works with the outside camera (F2), but not inside the cockpit. The cockpit views are accessible with the mouse in MSFS2020.

It's already mapped. To switch double click middle button/wheel or press LAlt + C. If you have the funds you should really consider TrackIR or one of the much cheaper alternatives. You will never regret it.
