A.I. not using Biggin Hill Runways

As well as the ramp problems within Biggin Hill, the A.I. are also taking off across the base and not adhering to any form of runway.

This was tested in mission editor with no changes and all wind speeds to zero.

Thankfully this looks to have been resolved with the Dec 19th update. 😀
