rbhun Posted November 28, 2023 Posted November 28, 2023 Hi I am trying to play on Paralells on a Mac. Since I dont have enough space on my internal SSD, I have moved the DCS directory on an external drive. I can start the game, but when I try to download scenery or aircraft, I get this error: V:\DCS\DCS World\autoupdate_log.txt: (3) The system cannot find the path specified. Now, that is the correct path, and there is an autoupdate_log.txt. It has not been edited since the install, so I presume it cannot be found by the system. I have tried to do a cleanup and/or repair, but it will give me the same error. I tried to add a dcs_local_source.txt and put V:\DCS\DCS World\ in it. I also looked into the autoupdate_log.txt, and there the paths are Z:\Volumes\balazs ssd\DCS\DCS World\ which I believe shows there is some path mismatch, but then why is the error message showing the correct path?
