Waypoint Filters for Individual Flights

I oftentimes have difficulty seeing/following waypoints in the Mission Editor.  With so many numerous flight waypoints laid on top of each other, it makes it difficult to follow a specific unit's waypoints, obscuring the 'yellow' highlighted waypoint selected. Is there a way to filter a single flight to show only those waypoints?

 

Also... it would be a nice feature (as the old Falcon 4.0 did) to show distances between waypoints.  Yes, the ruler can be used, but why make us work that hard?!!
