DanWolo4 Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 (edited) My Orion 2 with F-15E grip suddenly stopped working when in the game. No response, no backlit, Win stopped detecting. It is back alive when I disconnect right grip. I tried another base and still the same. Has anyone got the same problem? Edited December 11, 2023 by DanWolo4 Typo

woodzwalk Posted January 26, 2024 Posted January 26, 2024 I've had the F-15E throttle grips for 2 weeks now and I came across the exact problem yesterday. The entire throttle will not work with the right grip on, tested the left grip with my F-18 right grip and it worked perfectly fine. Not an expert at all but I opened the grip and did not see any physical damage inside. Will file a support ticket later today
woodzwalk Posted January 27, 2024 Posted January 27, 2024 Update: I spoke to support and they instructed me to remove the anti static device as it had apparently been shorted out (photo they sent me) After doing that the right grip now works perfectly fine, and as long as your PC or USB hub is grounded it should be safe to use with that component removed.
