fixed internally CPG TEDAC Video ACQ Slave Symbology Offset

As the CPG, the TEDAC ACQ Symbology (dashed crosshair) is offset from the center when previously it is centered when slaved and tracking.

Steps to Reproduce:
1] Be in the CPG seat
2] Set ACQ to a waypoint or other ACQ source
3] Slave the TADS to the ACQ

Attached are two pictures showing the ACQ source being more or less correct in the HMD symbology, Video Page Symbology, but the TEDAC video symbology is off.
