Broken LANTIRN/GBU-12

Since the yesterday update the F-14B does not work correctly.

The LANTIRN/GBU-12 is broken, the TIMP is calculated incorrectly (10s too much) so Jester starts firing lasers way too late. But lasering is pointless anyway. On the 2nd try i jumped to the RIO Seat and lasered myself, pushed the second stage trigger, flashing L and correctly set laser code, the bomb just goes ballistically straight ahead with absolutely no reaction.
