Datalink won't turn on after a repair

Before I say anything I know the datalink is broken this thread is not that. I am not sure if this is my issue or a bug so I'm putting it here for confirmation, if yes I'll move it to bug and report. The problem is datalink won't turn on after a repair, as in NE- won't go to NES.

You forgot to disable the zeroizer, if I remember correctly switch is somewhere on the left side

As in if I shut down the plane without turning off the zeroizer I zeroize my plane?
