I fly with 41f, one of the the two FA18 squadrons within RAF Air, we fly low level using RAF procedures from the tail end of the cold war. This make for thrilling and entertaining missions, one of our members created a video explaining how we run a mission. We are always accepting new members, please see discord link above.
