The issue with the UFC not turning off completely.

When the PWR is OFF, the UFC turns off normally, but when the PWR is ON, even if I turn the knob to MIN, it doesn't turn off completely and stays on at a faint brightness.

 I am not sure if this is normal, so I am leaving a note.

AFAIK this is normal. You can turn off the UFC by pressing the "CLR" Button twice.
