I don't have GPU stutter with a 4090 but on my 3070 i noticed it. i have tried that and i can not say its totaly fixes it but i saw my fps line like a flat line that is what i want so yes it helps a little but not always, when there are other players in vicinity frome drops ocure and stuttering comence again
