HandTracking not able to interact

Hi there, 

I recently get the Quest 3 and am now able to get my hands in DCS, which is awesome  .
But after some time to setup, I finally end up in the conclusion that the Mirage-2000C do not support interaction from the hands.
When I fly using the F18, everything looks fine (Hands + control). 

Is it expected to be unsupported in the Mirage ? 
Can we fix it easily ?
