Greetings, I've recently read "The Sukhoi Su27 from 1997 to the present" by Andy Gröning, and wanted to find similar books about the hornet and phantom,ie focused on their history from design conception, introduction, their operational history, variants, and technical aspects, and NOT  (sorry but the other time I asked elsewhere people didn't seem to catch it) a book for modelling that only has pictures,or a prose book about the day to day of the crew.

Something akin to the f18 "Owner Workshop Manual" by Haynes (which was good, but a bit on the short side).

For the Phantom, I'm interested in any variation, for the hornet,I'm very much into the legacy version,so perhaps omit books that are solely about the super hornet. (Or not actually, guess I'll just save the recommendation for later.)

Thank you and sorry for the bother.

For anyone tackling research proposals, especially for higher education like a PhD, I highly recommend checking out specialized resources. One that I've found incredibly helpful is this site https://www.academicghostwriter.org/hire-dissertation-ghostwriter/ on PhD research proposals. It provides detailed guidance on crafting a compelling and well-structured proposal, which is crucial for securing approval and funding. Whether you're just starting or refining your draft, the tips and examples they offer can make a significant difference. Has anyone else found useful resources or strategies for managing the proposal writing process?

"The Modern Hornet Guide: The Boeing F/A-18 A/B/C/D Exposed" by Jake Melampy – Although it's known for its in-depth photo documentation, it also includes technical details, operational history, and variants of the F/A-18 Hornet. It should provide a good balance between technical insight and historical perspective.

"McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom: Spirit in the Skies" by Jon Lake – This one covers the F-4 Phantom’s development, service history, and technical aspects. It’s highly regarded for detailed coverage of the aircraft’s evolution and operational performance across multiple air forces.
