Wheel Rotating Fast Relative to Aircraft Ground Speed

Hello All,

I recently noticed that the wheels rotate faster than they actually should when taxiing. It's like they are slipping. This is especially visible when taxiing slowly. Has anyone noticed this and should I post a short video of it or is it a common occurrence?
