Customising (Hide/Show) Columns in "Choice of Role" prompt

Hi

Is it possible to customise the column width of columns in the "Choice of roles" window upon mission start?
Is it possible to hide some columns from this role selection menu? 

I dont really need the Task|TailNo|Unit|Role columns I would love to hide them.
