Take off in formation

Hello,

when I take off the rest of the flight members do not enter the runway, they stay waiting to enter the runway until I take off. Any way to solve it? Am I doing something wrong?

That's normal DCS behavior mate. AI never takes off in formation if you have to taxi. It used to work nicely in the LoMac times, but not anymore.
