f14 to strong ? or f15c bullets to weak ? watch track

in the track I have to shot 4 times at the tomcat to get it killed. is  the tomcat really so strong?

Yes, the Tomcat is tougher than most jets. Just the way they did the damage model. F15c gun is fine.
