DCS jittering and locking up when trying to fly

For some reason, when trying to fly the F-18, there is an extreme amount of jittering to the point the images/flight looks up. Below image attached is how I have things set up.
Running windows 10, 16 GB Ram, i7 9700 cpu.
 

Any help would be appreciated.  

Also flying using VR steam
