How to add the FCR?

After being gone from the sim for about 6 months (life, you know how it is) I've been trying to get back into it.  It's great that the FCR has been released.  It's well and fondly remembered from my Jane's Longbow days.  My question is:  How do you get yourself a helo that is equipped with the radar?

All the tutorials that I've seen except one have the apparent attitude that getting an Apache with a radar is so simple it needs no explanation.  Umm, nope.  I need something.  

The one exception was the Grim Reapers tutorial on introducing the FCR.  They showed setting the helo to be radar equipped in the mission editor.  Unfortunately my Additional Equipment menu looks nothing like the one they show.  The top items on the menu are the Pilot's and CPG's NVGs.  The radar is not even mentioned. 

I understand that with continuing development, things will change.  But it shouldn't be this hard to put a radar on an aircraft that is designed to take one.   A little help would be appreciated.  

And I should mention that I'm running the Stable version only.  The problem can't be that simple, can it?  That the FCR is only available in the Beta version?

You equip it from the rearm dialog. When it first came out, it was a ME setting, now the player can decide.

In the mission editor you will now find the option directly in the payload and loadout screen under category "MMA": 

Ground crew has now the same option available in the Refuel / Rearm screen if you wish to add/stow the FCR:
