Request Comms menu option of 'Say Again Last?' in the new communications system

This would repeat the last message that was sent to that player/group/coalition etc.

This is handy with 9-lines, or missed bra calls or whatever when you're talking to other players and miss a critical call.

That command actually exist, but it's not implemented in the menu. Anyway, as a workaround, you can press Esc and open the Message History. I use VoiceAttack for the this, along with Taz1004's No Pause mod.
