gonvise Posted March 14, 2024 Posted March 14, 2024 For lovers of (perhaps) the most characteristic knob of this throttle, which Winwing redesigned to offer more buttons. Of course, the axis and depress are maintained, but the four additional buttons of the winwing design are lost. I simply don't need them and prefer the original knob design. The original knobs are removed by pulling them. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6531809 4
BrotherBear_ Posted May 31, 2024 Posted May 31, 2024 This is great! i was kinda disappointed with the change in this knob, especially considering how painfully out of place the four way hat is anyways. i only ever bound it to my stores config and kneeboards lol. Cant wait to replace it with this thing.

Can you tell me what's involved in the install of the knob? Don't want to break the throttle immediately. :D
Logikal Posted June 25, 2024 Posted June 25, 2024 (edited) Love this mod, thanks for sharing it! Don't want to break the throttle immediately. just pop out the old caps. The joy con cap is pretty easy to get off, the man ring can be a little hard. I used a thin plastic old credit card to slide under it and apply pressure around it slowly making sure to not destroy the clips within the ring. It's pretty easy though.
