  1. Ok, you convinced me, so how can I Zoom and get back to the beginning level of zoom? I usually have to futz around with it to get the FOV I had originally. Is there a hot key? Mike
  2. nullIMG_7562.pdf So if I have this next to me when I am flying, I'm ok? LOL Mike
  3. Interesting conversation. A little zoom to compensate for the difference in resolution 'screen' vs 'real life vision' makes sense, but zooming in to see a tank on the ground from 12,000 feet may be questionable. I just found that the 'realism' is affected by extreme zoom. I am trying to concentrate on using the instrumentation rather than visual zoom. Of course the F10 map is another 'cheat' LOL. When you are using the radar to tag another plane that is miles away, and have a green box around it, you then can actually see the plane at great distances without a zoom. I have a 32 inch 4k monitor so certainly higher resolution helps. But finding that plane at that same distance without the radar help is a different thing. So a little help with zoom makes sense. But zooming in to see the plane's weapon load and eye color of the pilot may be a bit of cheating. LOL. The huge 4 k screen setup I think compensates more for the user's actual vision than for the simulation vision as the pixels are bigger but at a greater viewing distance the image represented on that huge monitor vs a smaller 4k monitor closer to you is the same. A huge 8k monitor certainly would effect this and your wallet. Mike
  4. LOL. true. but flying the sim at that speed is not necessarily cheating, you'll just break the plane, zooming your eyes will cause one to fall out. Mike
  5. I have been watching videos of various pilots and find that using the Zoom is VERY helpful but isn't that kinda Cheating??? We can't zoom in real life... Mike
  6. RESHADE is AWESOME...... Mike IMG_3256.mov
  7. Got it running, I just finished first mission, I did not die. I was lost on the issue with the F10....."Other" Menu, but got help on Discord. So far great Campaign. Mike (Xeralto)
  8. Yes. I did rearm and refuel. Got the menu. Selected my load out. Got just fuel tanks. “Refuel complete, Rearm complete.” Tried several times. Flew guns only. Did SRS communication with other player. He said same thing. Guns only. Then said it’s gun only now. So I’ll look again. But it’s a pure script server so since installing voice attack and Viacom I cannot log on that particular server. It’s a me problem.
  9. I had Monitorium installed and that was only able to work with two of the three MDF's unless you buy it. It's max brightness was not quite enough. I just tried ScreenBright and my prior increased brightness settings for Monitorium were still active (despite uninstalling monitorium) and I was able to match up the third monitor. But it still is not bright enough. I have to learn more about Reshade. Mike
  10. I've been back since and it's still just guns..... Mike
  11. Shagrat, I was on their website reading, looks legit but I am always wary of "free software" like this. If I get a virus, I'll just cry Mike
  12. Even better, I replaced my mother board and now all of windows is running better including SimApp Pro and the monitor positions. LOL. My dying motherboard was creating all my issues all along. Even TrackIR now remembers my last settings. Mike

VIACOM, fantastic program, excellent work, love to see enthusiasts making such a program for the love of it. Imagine if Epic did not cost our hospital $200,000,000. (that's 200 million USD) and suck so bad. Mike
