thumperdump Posted March 17, 2024 Posted March 17, 2024 Running Mission 5 from DCS DCS 2.9.3.51704 I have encountered the following bugs: On start up the lone disabled hornet approaching from the North should explode but instead remains in flight. The voice dialog indicates something else so I believe this is the first bug. Second bug is my wingman 420 launches but then disappears (refer to attached Tacview Track) Third bug engaging Fulcrum's I splash the first 2 but the 3rd entered a circular orbit far away from the engagement window (refer to attached Tacview Track) Tacview-20240317-081244-DCS-ROPL2 M5 TABLES TURNED.zip.acmi
Badger633 Posted March 18, 2024 Posted March 18, 2024 (edited) Thanks for the very clear heads up @thumperdump will take a look. Assume as before no mods. UPDATE 18 MARCH 24 Hi @thumperdump Have checked it out. 1 There is a bug or a change to the moving zone which has caused the Hornet not to explode. Have fixed this. 2 420 has done what he was supposed to do and stay in orbit until you take off each time I have run it. Looks like from your Tacview that it has taken off incorrectly and flown into the sea. There was a bug some time ago where AI were flying into the sea every now and again. Try it a few times ? Ok this end. 3 the Mig left will orbit because he was designated to attack 420 who decided he wanted to take a dip, so no bug there. It will work fine as long as 420 ends up coming with you. Fix will be in next update. Hope this helps and thanks for the heads up Edited March 18, 2024 by Badger633 1 F/A-18C Campaigns : The Serpent’s Head / The Serpent’s Head 2 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I9 9900K @ 5.0Ghz / Gigabyte 2080ti water force extreme / 32 Gb RAM Corsair Dominator Platinum 3600 / 2Tb Samsung 970 Evoplus NVMe M.2 / Thrustmaster Warthog Hotas / Thrustmaster Pedals / Valve Index.
