fixed DCS won't start

Hello, I tried to start DCS today (I was wanting to make sure a mission that I would do later would be good to go. essentially, I was adding some finishing touches), but DCS would not start. It would bring up the NVIDIA screen, and even the splash screen, but it wouldn't start.

Ahhh crap!

Same issue, and I JUST updated to 63 Oculus!
