Thrustmaster Warthog throttle TDC axis problems.

Hi to all,

 

I have had my HOTAS now for a couple of years with no issues, just recently I have had problems with erratic unusable TDC axis events. It is also the same in T.A.R.G.E.T so not a DCS issue, but as the unit is used prolifically on DCS someone may have the answer!!

The problem only occurs if a touch the STBD throttle smooth metal plate with my hand and the TDC axis output goes daft. If I touch with insulated items no problems. I can touch any other part of the throttle with no problems. Just not the plate!! If I wear marigolds, the effect is sort of less depending on which part touches the plate. 

 

NOTE. I can not protect the empire in yellow marigolds!

 

To me it seems that there is a ground fault? But not too sure.

 

Anyone else had this issue? Probably a back to Thrustmaster question?
