Type of connector of the ministick PCB from the Cougar TQS?

Hi,

Does anynone know exactly which connector is it?

The "Y" axis is dead, i want to make a new pcb and replace the ministick with an  ALPS RKJXP microstick. I only need the conector type to make it pluggable and not having to deal with changing also the female conector (very thin and short wires).
