VR issues (white specks)

 I have a Quest 3, and G2 Reverb. Haven't noticed on the Reverb, but when I play I have little white specks along the lines of objects. It doesn't show on monitor display, just VR. I am having no performance issues, just the white specks. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix?
