Check your antivirus, maybe some file has been blocked. Add DCS folders to your exclusion list and try doing a repair.

Just tried an instant action, no problems. Try clean or repair with

pa 

[aceviper]

Eset still flagging avionics.dll and flightmodel.dll

Will exclude these for now
