HMCS night vision FLIR is way too bright and not dimming with the rest of HMCS

I never thought I will ever fall in love with a hog, but it happened.... After two days of intensive-A-10-training I love my warthog!

But during night flights I encountered a few problems making this airplane not as usable and versatile for night ops as the Apache. The night vision on the HMCS is waaaay to bright, in fact it is so bright that I have to dim down my right MFD display so dark it becomes unusable just to get a normal night vision view on the HMCS.

When dimming the brightness on the HMCS the picture of the TGP FLIR is not dimming too.

Please fix this problem and make the small FLIR picture getting dimmed too when dimming the HMCS during night flights thank you very much!

Display with night vision needs to be dimmed down to almost full black to get a normal view of what the TGP-FLIR sees in the HMCS:

 

A very very dim setting on the right MFD display already gives an ultra-bright dazzling image in the HMCS, it is so bright it is already unrecognizable, but the HMCS dim button is not dimming it:
