How I can train myself? there is not enough training missions! AA for example

Watch youtube tutorials, then you can make missions for yourself and practice.

I made a bunch of training missions for myself some time ago. They are not like the official in-game ones with the yellow boxes and instructions. More like target practice. You can try them and modify them as you like.

Try 'instant action'. Once you know the basics, you can get training that way.

And if you want to learn specific weapon use, create the most basic mission with the targets you need and loadout you want to learn and take your time to practice.
