Wrong temperature limits on Kola map

The temperature settings on the Kola map are very limited. In the coldest period in Kola you can set it to -21.

I lived in Murmansk and now my relatives live there, they have a normal winter temperature of -27 with jumps to -40 (Celsius) for a few days or a week
