Bdoyle13 Posted May 7, 2024 Posted May 7, 2024 Have numerous panels running via DCS-Bios flight panel (skunkworks) has worked fine for a long time. After last update the com ports connect and can see them running. However when I run DCS it doesn't seem to be connected to DCS. Nothing happens within the jet but the com ports are getting the info from all the panels. Anyone else having issues? The bios discord has people posting the same issues but it's not very active and no solutions as of yet. No1sonuk Posted May 7, 2024 Posted May 7, 2024 I'm not seeing the reports you mention. It IS active, but don't forget time zones. e.g. I think the main dev is in Finland - 2 hours ahead of London time, 7 ahead of the US East coast...

The panel is communicating with Com port connections, it's just not communicating with DCS Asus Prime Z390-A Motherboard LGA1151 (Intel 8th and 9th Gen) Intel Core i7-9700K Coffee Lake 8-Core 3.6 GHz (4.9 GHz Turbo) Desktop Processor Intel UHD Graphics 630, 32gb DDR Ram CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB DDR4 DRAM , Water cooled 3080, Corsair H115i RGB Platinum AIO Liquid CPU Cooler, Intel 115X/2066, AMD AM4/TR4, Corsair CP-9020180-NA RMX Series RM850x 80 Plus Gold Fully Modular ATX Power Supply, 4 SSD 1TB

No1sonuk Posted June 2, 2024 Posted June 2, 2024 Have you tried updating DCS-BIOS? DCS updates sometimes break the DCS-BIOS controls until it's updated.
Bultar Posted August 16, 2024 Posted August 16, 2024 Any updates on this? Maybe a fix? I'm pretty new to DCS, and having the same problem... I see data flowing from 2 different boards, but nothing reacts in DCS. One board is Arduino Uno for the IR-Cool/HUD/Spin panel I built (I can see it working in the Arduino serial monitor); the 2nd board is the Tek Creations "F-18 Brain" connected to their master arm panel. I've tried installing DCSBiosSkunkworks a few times, but no luck. Thanks in advance! Bultar

If so, your Arduino and F-18 brain will probably need reprogramming.
