[Bug] Multicrew: copilot unable to communicate with ground crew.

As a copilot, if you try to enable ground crew comms, the ground crew wheel is displayed in the pilot position.

Tested in multiplayer and in single player.

Solved in part.

Pressing "A" works as intended, but with the ICS keybind and select "Open crew chief menu", the "Wheel Menu" is displayed in the pilot position.
