F-4 Right Side of Jester UI Wheel cut off in VR

In the F-4 mod in VR mode about 1/4 of the Jester UI wheel is cut off, i.e. not visible.  It's as if someone set a ruler vertically on the screen and sliced off about a fourth of the wheel.  With VR disabled the wheel is fully visible.

I am experiencing this issue as well. Jester menu is cut in half with left side visible and right half is cut off. Menu items are there and can be activated, but the menu items are not visible

I think there are two ways around this issue.  One is to select "Use DCS System Resolution".
The other is to modify the HB UI "Resolution Override" and/or "Offset" values in the Special Menu for the F-4E:
Special Options - Heatblur F-4E Phantom II

For Offset, the manual states:

Quote

Allows to horizontally displace the UI. Positive values shift it to the right, negative values to the left.

Normally, this should be kept at the default value of 0 px. However, in certain cases (e.g. when using VR and setting it to render on the LEFT or RIGHT eye, while having the checkbox for "Use DCS System Resolution" not checked) it is possible that the UI gets cut off. This setting then allows to move the UI back into view, but therefore giving up proper alignment on the UI, such as the Jester UI being centered on the screen.

Checking "Use DCS System Resolution" in VR Settings seems to have resolved the issue. The full UI wheel is now visible and working.  Thank you Dunska!
