A way to convert Massun from add-on to integrated pack ?

Hi,

 

I've got a large raw of mission which included the great Massun pack. But as I deleted the add-on version, I lost all object in the missions. 

Is there a way to convert the file so the ME will use the integrated version of Massun objects ?
