mouse problem on HP Reverb G2

Hi Folks,

I'm new to DCS and trying to use a Reverb G2. On the beginning, it works very fine. But now, after a few days and sessions my mouse and my centerpoint of the VR headeset is'nt available anymore. So I searched the net for some workarounds. I tryed the keep active loop. Did'nt work. I try the taskbar tweek on the side. Did'nt work also. Ingame settings did'nt work too.

I get the "window out of focus" hint on the main menue screen. It goes away after alt-tab but on any click it comes back. The whole cursor is'nt visible all the time.

If I take a look to the monitor, I see my mouse on the screen free to use. But not ingame.

I dont use the steam Version.

I'm very interestet for some ideas or tweaks I did'nt find. Maybe, someone here have some.

 

edit: I tryed alt-c, alt-enter also.

I'm not sure I understand everything you typed, but you said your DCS window loses focus and your mouse pointer  returns to the desktop?
Do you have "confine cursor to game window" ticked in the DCS settings? It appears twice, both on the first and last tab and it's probably best to tick both.

Putting the windows taskbar on the left was something that was done 6-7 years ago but is no longer needed. Windows is pretty good at recognising DCS as a "game" and should prevent other applications stealing the focus away. But just to be sure, did you get any notifications of a background task or other programme you are running while DCS is active? Do you have "game mode" enabled in Windows?

Thank you. Win GameMode fixed that. It was disabled.

But now I have these black bar in my sight. Might be some openXR tweeks?

I fix that black bar with openXR.

Realy thanks for your help Raven. Sometimes...........  small things get out of sight.
