[Fixed next Patch] Virtual Browser not working?

Virtual browser using its default shortcut doesn't work - I checked the config file and in my version it has the below - did I miss something?

I'm wondering the same thing. The manual saws:  To allow free browsing select Full for the Special Option HB UI Domain Access.

I don't see "Domain Access" in the special options. Is this a future thing? This would be a great feature to be able to watch Youtube tutorials while in game.

On the top of page 890 of the manual installed with the f4 (not the online one)

It states that the browser has been disabled

Thanks @DaveDewhurst- the comments I found in the config suggested that was the case but hadn't see anyone post anything about the feature not being enabled (though I am sure I have see people post that they have used it). Here's what is in the config

The Virtual Browser is disabled in the current build and will be enabled in the upcoming patch.
