Oesau Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 (edited) Virtual browser using its default shortcut doesn't work - I checked the config file and in my version it has the below - did I miss something? Edited May 31, 2024 by HB_Painter Classification of Bugs and User reports
II.JG1_Vonrd Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 I'm wondering the same thing. The manual saws: To allow free browsing select Full for the Special Option HB UI Domain Access. I don't see "Domain Access" in the special options. Is this a future thing? This would be a great feature to be able to watch Youtube tutorials while in game.
Solution DaveDewhurst Posted May 31, 2024 Solution Posted May 31, 2024 On the top of page 890 of the manual installed with the f4 (not the online one) It states that the browser has been disabled Dave.
Oesau Posted May 31, 2024 Author Posted May 31, 2024 Thanks @DaveDewhurst- the comments I found in the config suggested that was the case but hadn't see anyone post anything about the feature not being enabled (though I am sure I have see people post that they have used it). Here's what is in the config --[[ NOTE Temporarily removed until safety concerns are sorted switch_2('Virtual Browser', { 'Close', 'Open' }, device_commands.PILOT_VIRTUAL_BROWSER_SWITCH, device_commands.PILOT_VIRTUAL_BROWSER_TOGGLE, nil, bind_templates.virtual_browser(), { binds = { toggle = { combos = combo('V', 'RCtrl') }, pos_2_way = { remove = true }, } }), --]]
Zabuzard Posted May 31, 2024 Posted May 31, 2024 The Virtual Browser is disabled in the current build and will be enabled in the upcoming patch. 1
