Dentedend10 Posted June 3, 2024 Posted June 3, 2024 Hi, After flying the Phantom, I switched to the F14 within the same DCS session. The force feedback implementation in the F14 completely went out of whack (pitch trim not working, forces acting very differently, such as no forces were felt around the centre at all). I restarted DCS only. Sat in the F14 right away, and FFB was working flawlessly again. My first flight within the same session affected my second flight in a new plane when it comes to FFB. I don't know if this is a DCS bug or whatnot, but if somebody is experiencing this weirdness, a DCS restart seemed to take care of it. This is on a Rhino base. 1 Alienware Aurora R10, Ryzen 5800X3D, RTX4080, 32GB RAM, Pimax Crystal, Winwing F18 throttle, VKB Gunfighter F14 Stick, VKB Modern Combat Grip, Logitech Rudder pedals, DOF Reality H3
Phantom12 Posted June 3, 2024 Posted June 3, 2024 I think this is a DCS issue. I have similarly experienced "weirdness" with the forces occasionally, in everything from the F-14, to the WW2 birds. Like you say restarting DCS and replugging the joystick is the only way to fix it. 2
